Gear:

I typically run a full Seducer set and a 3 piece Twilight's Embrace (mostly for spell crit.)

I try to get Devines on all pieces. I use the Thief mundus stone for spell crit. (spell crit will work on heals)

Skill bar 1: Healing staff

Breath of Life (rushed ceremony)

Lingering Ritual (healing ritual) 

Illustrious Healing (grand healing)

Rapid Regeneration (regeneration)

Inner Light (mage light) for spell crit.

Ultimate: Practiced Incantation (right of passage)

with purple gear it is possible to get 50% spell crit or more.

Skill bar 2: Healing staff

Reflective Light (sun fire) 

Luminous Shards (spear shards)

Power of the Light (backlash)

Extended Ritual (cleansing ritual)

Inner Light (mage light)

Ultimate: Solar Disturbance (Nova)

I use all passives except for the Aedric Spear and Mages guild skill lines.
